That Moon session was great. I woke up the next morning and did a Lunar Wheel, focusing largely on my job/work, since that's what was occupying my mind at the time. It was really interesting. I am committed to help you a create rich, meaningful life of purpose and abundance by teaching you a sacred healing practice of attuning to your Higher Guidance and Divine Timing for continual growth and vitality.

For the past 30 years, I have been learning, gathering, and working to understand and transmute my own pain in order to be free to give my innate gifts and live a life of service and purpose.

My spiritual ministry, called Soul Gardening, is about teaching you how to re-integrate the body, mind, emotions and spirit to promote balance, freedom, and growth. In the process, this work also gives you practical tools to heal past traumas, change limiting beliefs, and end damaging emotional patterns.

My goal is to help you discover your Soul’s purpose and direction, in order take enthusiastic action towards creating juicy joy, abundance, and deep fulfillment in this life.

As a compliment to the Soul Gardening practice, I also offer a variety of healing services, including intercessory prayer, spiritual coaching, Neuro-Bilateral Processing (NBP), and hands-on energy healing.
